A gourmet home-cooked breakfast is served at our dining room table. Here you may meet fellow guests from virtually any part of the world. The menu varies according to the season and the whim of the hosts. One of our favorite dishes is Belgian blueberry waffles with real Canadian maple syrup accented with bananas and strawberries. Lightly grilled cream cheese crepes are added to round out the dish. We always begin with a bowl of fresh fruit, freshly brewed coffee or tea and orange juice.
Note: In off season gourmet breakfast may not always be available.

Guests may wish to finish their coffee in the living room where they can sit by the fireplace and read the morning paper or watch the news on television.
